This issue was withdrawn as a duplicate.

The issue published at this URL on 2026-07-30 carried an “On upcoming agendas” table byte-identical to the 2026-07-29 issue — the same ten rows in the same order — and eleven of its twelve permit rows were the same as well. It was a re-run of the previous issue with a new date on it, not a new week of work, and anyone subscribed received the same page twice.

Nothing in it was false; it was redundant. The content is at the 2026-07-29 issue, which has since been corrected and rebuilt. The current issue is at /digest/latest.html.

Why it could happen. Every generator run minted a dated page, and nothing compared a new issue with the last one. Since 2026-07-31 each issue is fingerprinted on its permit and agenda tables; content identical to an existing issue re-publishes in place at that issue's URL and does not become a new dated issue.
